How long does tile installation usually take?
Tile installation time varies based on the project’s size and pattern complexity. Most residential jobs are finished within 3–4 days. We’ll give you a detailed timeline with your quote.
Do you offer tile or floor removal services?
Yes, we offer tile and flooring removal services as part of your project. This will be included in your quote if needed.

How do I get a quote?

Do you charge for on-site quotes?
No, we don’t charge for on-site quotes. We’re happy to visit, assess your space, and provide a detailed quote for free.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
To prepare an accurate quotation, we recommend providing:

• Preferred pattern or design
• Photographs of the existing surface
• Architectural drawings (if available)
• Project timeline

Aftercare & Maintenance
How do I clean and maintain my tiles?
Our tiles are very low maintenance and easy to look after. You can clean them with most common household cleaners and your usual mopping routine.
Are the tiles suitable for outdoor areas?
Many of our federation and tessellated tiles are suitable for verandahs and outdoor areas. We’ll recommend the right finish for your space.
Do you offer any warranty?
Our tiles and installation are covered by warranties in line with Australian standards. We’ll outline the details in your quote and invoice.
